health-os is personal software. These terms exist mainly to be clear about what it is and is not.
1. Nature of the software
health-os is operated by Hakari AI for the personal use of its operator and invited household members. It is not a commercial service, has no public sign-up, and is provided to its few users free of charge.
2. Not medical advice
health-os aggregates personal health data and surfaces patterns and general wellness suggestions. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and its output is not medical advice. Users should consult a qualified clinician for any medical concern; out-of-range values surfaced by health-os are prompts to see a clinician, not to self-treat.
3. Third-party services
health-os connects to third-party services (such as Oura and Hevy) only with the user's authorization and subject to those services' own terms. Users may revoke that authorization at any time.
4. No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Data may be incomplete or inaccurate; the operator is not liable for decisions made based on it.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated as the software evolves; the effective date above reflects the current version.
