Personal health data, on your own terms.
health-os is a personal, self-hosted health data system. It pulls sleep, training, nutrition, and lab data from the services you already use into one private, longitudinal record — stored on hardware you own, not in someone else's cloud.
What it does
- Aggregates data from wearables and services (such as Oura and Hevy) via their official APIs
- Normalizes everything into a single local store you fully control
- Surfaces trends, patterns, and daily guidance through a personal assistant
What it is not
- Not a commercial product or public service — it is personal software, used by its operator and family
- Not a medical device, and never a source of diagnosis or treatment advice
- Not a data business — no analytics, no ads, no selling or sharing of data, ever
